This equipment has been made to realize samples demineralization thanks to acid attacks. All the process is automated and totally secure for the user. Preparation as Kerogen or Palynologic can be prepared with this AAA.

The AG2P is an automatic and highly accurate system for determining rock properties such as permeability, Klinkenberg permeability, pore volume, porosity and grain volume at overburden pressure. The system uses an unsteady state pulse decay technique for the permeability measurement.

The equipment enables to perform viscosity studies with monophasic fluid low volume (less than 3 cc fixed volume). The automatic mode uses ST measurement cards. FALCON software is delivered with automatic procedure for calibration and measurement. Calculation notes are presented with Excel. A buffer cell, volumetric or not, motorized or not, is necessary to prepare the sample, make decompression steps and purge gas under bubble point.

Core Flooding is a common test to determine rock permeability, and how well various fluids, including oil, will flow through it.

Sanchez Technologies Sample Restoration System ensures proper mixing of sample fluids thanks to heating jackets and controllers. Cylinders are placed in heating jackets on each side of the apparatus. Temperature can be adjusted and the motorized rocking system allows stirring of the cylinders.Of course, number of cylinders can be adjustable upon customer request.

The obligation to obtain data on field as fast as possible for its exploitation led us to realize in collaboration with and at the request of petroleum companies a transportable unit for on site PVT analysis. This unit made up of various independent modules (PVT cells, viscometer, gasometer and GC) makes it possible to carry out all physical measurements necessary to the samples validation (taken on MDT, RCI or bottom hole sampler). These fast measurements support the decisions necessary to supervise a good exploitation.
